To start with a very important point, I'm not a vegetarian and I love meat. However; when served your food, I just don't miss it at all.
Second of all, I'm a healthy person that seeks nutrients in food that boost overall well being. I avoid chemicals in my cooking, I use organic ingredients, I don't fry, I only bake and grill, so your restaurant is like home for me! I feel like I'm in my kitchen.
